Die ZAIM stärkt die Allgemeine Innere Medizin – in Spital und Praxis mit Fort- und Weiterbildungen, Kursen und Symposien. Sie begleitet internistischen Nachwuchs beim Berufseinstieg. Die ZAIM fördert den nationalen und internationalen Wissensaustausch. So arbeitet die Zurich Academy of Internal Medicine für eine umfassende, hochstehende medizinische Versorgung von morgen.
Das International Center for Multimorbidity and Complexity in Medicine (ICMC) ist eine führende und aufstrebende interdisziplinäre akademische Organisation mit medizinischen Experten, welche Orientierungshilfen für das operationelle ärztliche Management von Dilemmasituationen bei kollidierenden Erkrankungen erarbeitet und anbietet. Das ICMC bietet Klinikern Anleitung und Unterstützung bei der Behandlung von Komorbiditäten, um die Lebensqualität und Lebensdauer von Patientinnen und Patienten mit komplexen Erkrankungen zu verbessern und deren Angehörige zu entlasten.

The ZAIM strengthens General Internal Medicine - in hospitals and practices with further education and training, courses, and symposia. It accompanies young Internal Medicine specialists in their career entry. ZAIM promotes the national and increasingly the international exchange of knowledge. The International Center for Multimorbidity and Complexity in Medicine (ICMC) is a leading and fast evolving interdisciplinary academic organization of medical experts that develops and provides guidance for the operational medical management of dilemmas in conflicting diseases. ICMC provides guidance and support to clinicians in the management of comorbidities to improve the quality and length of life of patients with complex conditions and to discharge their families.
